Payment and refund policy

What you pay, what happens to it, and what we do if something goes wrong.

One price, paid once
The price you see for a story is the price you pay for that video, in US dollars. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You see the total on the checkout page before you pay.
Secure checkout
Card details are entered on our payment partner’s checkout page. FacesToClips never sees or stores your full card number. Your video starts only after the payment is confirmed.
Refunded if we cannot deliver
If we cannot make your video, the payment is refunded in full to the original payment method, and you do not need to ask. The same applies if you cancel before the video is ready, or if you are charged twice for one order.
After your video is ready
A delivered video is a finished digital product, and AI results vary from one video to the next. If the file has a clear technical fault, such as a broken file or the two people being swapped, contact us and we will review the order.
Delivery and storage
Your video is delivered through a private order page and an email link, and stays available for 30 days. Download it in time. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after the order is finished.
Questions about a payment
Email support@facestoclips.com with your order reference and the email used for the order. If you dispute a payment with your bank, contacting us first is usually faster.
