Choosing photos

You need two photos, one for each person in the story.

1. One adult per photo. The face should be clearly visible, in focus and evenly lit.
2. Format and size. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each, at least 512 pixels on the short side. HEIC photos need to be converted first.
3. Angle. A front or three-quarter view gives the most recognizable result. Sunglasses, masks, heavy filters and group shots make results worse.
4. Permission. Use photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to appear in the video.

Each photo is checked right after you upload it. If a photo cannot be used, you are told which one to replace, and the other photo stays in place.

Roles

Person A is the survivor and Person B is the infected. You can swap the two photos before you pay. After payment the roles are fixed for that order.

Paying

You can pay for a single video with a card and an email address. No account is needed.

If you sign in, you can also buy a credit pack and pay for videos with credits. Each video is paid for either with a card payment or with credits, never a mix of both.

Waiting for your video

Your video is created in the background once payment is confirmed. You can close the page. The order page shows the current step, and we email you when the video is ready.

If creation takes longer than expected, the order page says so. You do not need to pay again or start over.

Getting your video

When your video is ready you receive an email with a private link to your order. From there you can watch and download the video. The email does not contain the video file itself.

Anyone who has the link can open the order, so only forward it to people you want to see the video. If you lose the email, you can request a new link from the order lookup with your order reference and email address.

How long files are kept

• Uploaded photos for an order that was never paid: up to 24 hours.
• Uploaded photos after your order is finished: deleted within 24 hours.
• Your finished video: 30 days from the moment it is ready.
• Order and payment records: kept as required for accounting.

Download your video within 30 days. After that the order still appears in your history, marked as expired.

Deleting your files

You can ask to delete the photos and video of an order from the order page. Deleting before the video is ready cancels the order: a card payment is refunded and credits are returned. Deleting after the video is ready removes the files but does not refund the order.

If something goes wrong

If we cannot deliver your video, a card payment is refunded to the original payment method and credits are returned to your balance. See the Refund Policy.

If the email address on your order was mistyped, open the order in the browser you paid with and change the address there. The new address is verified before anything is sent to it.

Sharing your video

You are free to post your video on social platforms. Some platforms ask creators to label realistic AI-generated content, so check the rules of the platform you post on. The video has no sound, and you can add music in the app you publish with.
